PROFESSIONAL PHOTO DOCUMENTATION
A digital record of every visit. Our inspection includes a series of time- and GPS-stamped photos with brief comments. This provides you with a reliable record of oversight (Tillsyn), which can serve as helpful documentation of care for your records or in communication with your insurance company. This digital trail shows that your property was monitored at a specific time and place.

OUR PRIVACY-FIRST APPROACH
Absolute discretion. No keys. No entry. Our service is built on the belief that your home is your sanctuary. We never enter your living quarters, we do not hold physical keys, and we do not install monitoring cameras. By staying strictly outside, we protect your privacy.
Your data is handled with the same care: fully GDPR-compliant and hosted on secure Swedish servers, ensuring your information remains as safe as your property.

INCIDENT &
WEATHER CHECKS
Proactive care when the weather turns. Österlen’s climate can be demanding. We provide extra checks after extreme weather – such as heavy storms or deep frost. If we detect an issue, such as a fallen tree or another concern, we send a priority alert and assess the situation on-site so you don’t have to worry.

PROJECT & SPECIALIST COORDINATION
Your local partner for repairs and maintenance. If repairs are needed, we can act as your coordinator upon prior agreement. We use our local network to find trusted contractors, gather quotes, and oversee the work until it is finished. We save you the travel and the hassle, making sure all repairs meet professional standards.

HOW LONG DOES AN INSPECTION TAKE?
A typical inspection takes 30–45 minutes depending on property size. We follow a systematic protocol to ensure every accessible area is checked thoroughly.
DO YOU EVER ENTER MY HOUSE?
No, never. Our strict "No Entry" policy means we only conduct inspections from the outside. We do not hold keys and do not enter your home. This ensures maximum privacy and eliminates security risks.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PHOTO REPORT?
After each visit, you will receive an email containing your digital report. It includes GPS and time-stamped photos along with brief comments on every inspected area. No app, login, or external link is required.
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC THINGS TO BE CHECKED?
Absolutely. If you have specific concerns (e.g., a certain tree branch, a gate lock, or a specific drain), just let us know, and we will include them in our routine.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN EMERGENCY OCCURS BETWEEN VISITS?
You can contact us anytime. We offer emergency inspections for an additional fee, while Premium clients enjoy priority response times.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
We cover the entire Österlen region – from Brösarp in the north to Ystad in the south, including Simrishamn, Kivik, Tomelilla & surrounding villages. To confirm if your property is within our service area, please CONTACT US.
WHAT IF I AM ONLY AWAY DURING WINTER OR SUMMER?
That is no problem. We offer seasonal coverage with a 3-month minimum – perfect for protecting your home during specific times of the year.
CAN MULTIPLE PROPERTIES BE INCLUDED?
Yes. We offer multi-property discounts for owners with several homes in the region. Contact us for a custom quote.
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
Invoicing is monthly via email. We accept payment via bank transfer. To activate your service, the first payment is due before the initial inspection.
CAN I CANCEL MY SERVICE?
Yes. Our service runs month-to-month after an initial 3-month minimum period. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. The service will continue until the end of the notice period, and as we plan our routes in advance, we do not offer refunds for prepaid months or completed visits.
